What does coaching cost?
1:1 executive coaching starts at $12,000 for six months. The Ascent is $3,900. Most clients’ employers pay from a development budget; I can send a proposal your company can approve.
How much time does it take?
Two hours a month in sessions plus about an hour of practice a week.
Is it confidential?
Completely. When an employer pays, they get attendance and goals, never session content.
Virtual or in person?
Most sessions are by video. Miami clients can meet in Brickell.
What if it isn’t working?
If after the first two sessions you don’t think it’s worth it, I refund the remaining balance.
