Nia Holloway, PhD, PCC
Organizational psychologist, former VP of People, and coach to 400+ leaders.

At 31 I was promoted to run a 60-person operations team at a hospital system. I was very good at the job I’d had. I was very bad at the one I’d just been given.
I spent the next decade learning to lead, then studying it: a PhD in organizational psychology at a large public university, research on first-time managers in high-pressure industries, and eight years as VP of People at a healthcare company with 4,000 employees.
I started coaching in 2017 because I kept meeting brilliant people in exactly the spot I’d been in. The 4C Ladder is the framework I wish someone had handed me at 31.
